Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary return policy of 50 days from receipt of the goods.

To make a return, simply contact us in advance — we will then provide you with the return address.

Condition of the goods

The item must be returned unworn and undamaged — comparable to an inspection in a retail store. In the event of signs of use, damage or missing accessories, we reserve the right to demand compensation for loss of value or to refuse the return.

Items without a prior return request may be rejected.

Exceptions

Personalized products, sealed hygiene articles after opening, vouchers, and clearly marked sale items are excluded from the voluntary return policy.

Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exchange

A direct exchange is not possible — please reorder the desired item.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

Check the order immediately upon receipt. In case of defects or incorrect items, please contact us immediately.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. The return must be made within 14 days — the return costs are borne by the customer.

We will refund all payments within 14 days of receipt of the goods using the original payment method.

Compensation for loss of value is only due if the goods have been used beyond a normal inspection.
