We deliver to Austria, the EU, and selected international regions. You can see if your country is delivered to during the checkout process.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Austria Standard €5.00 — 2–4 business days Express €10.00 — 1–2 business days Free shipping on orders over €80.00

European Union Standard €8.00 — 3–7 business days Express €14.00 — 1–3 business days Free shipping on orders over €100.00

International (outside EU) 5–14 business days depending on the country — Customs duties, import VAT, and country-specific fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Notes

Delivery time starts with dispatch — not with the order. Delays due to high order volume, customs clearance, or force majeure are possible.

After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email — with tracking if available.

Partial deliveries are possible — without additional shipping costs for you.

Self-collection is not currently possible.

Transit Damage

Please report obvious damage immediately to the delivery person and inform us at info@wubatl.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Incorrect Address / Non-Collection

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, return shipping costs and new shipping costs may apply.

Transfer of Risk

The risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods to you or a third party designated by you.
